    • If you’re a non-administrative user, please contact your administrator. This person is part of your organization and they can confirm your username.
  • I’ve forgotten my administrative username, how can I log on?
  • The Media Portal available 24/7/365? Can I create requests 24/7?
    • Yes and yes. Orders can be placed at any time via the Web Portal and will be processed automatically.
  • How secure is the Media Portal?
    • The security of your media is never compromised. Your credentials are stored encrypted and every action taken on the Web Portal is secured with TLS (Transport Layer Security) and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • I would like to configure a new type of workflow, how do I do this?
    • The DMC is committed to providing the highest service level, with each new workflow being qualified before use. Contact your account management team for more information.
